My go to coffee stop on the daily. Everyone who works there knows my name. They even know my order!! If my order gets messed up they will change it immediately to make sure I am happy! I love the remodel even more!

Professional, clean, efficiently quick, and very little clutter. There are 6 bar height seats. I am pleased with how they got our stuff to us correctly. Maybe the cashier is enlisted, but he was on a mission. Lol!

You really have to act like your my best friend, and make such a big deal out of putting my correctly spelled name on a paper cup...holding up an already irritated line of customers??? Really??? Idiots.

This Starbucks is the only one really close to me so it's the only one I ever go to. The parking can be pretty bad depending on the time of day. The staff here is fairly friendly and they always get my coffee order right. It's pricey but that is typical of Starbucks. They could use a bit more seating but it's okay. I love the free wifi. I'll keep coming back.

Not a fan since they renovated. There are fewer places to sit and fewer outlets in an already busy location, and all the low tables are gone save for the giant dining room table someone inexplicably thought it would be a good idea to put in the middle of the room. Looks like I'll be finding a new coffee shop.

Worst starbucks ever. Ordered a blackberry mojito shaken icedtea lemonade that was on their menu in front of me. They said they no longer sell it. Its seasonal. I stated its on your menu still and they said "i know we didnt change the menu". :0. As people were ordering breakfast items i kept hearing that they are out of most items. Horribly run. I have never encountered a badly run starbucks

Been to a lot of Starbucks and I usally just get the coffee. This one is the Local and it suffices when in need. I like Starbucks I don't love it. Funny thing about Starbucks is that for a chain as huge as it is if you go to other cities their coffee sometimes taste either burnt or stale. Even Funnnier I have been to a couple of places within a few miles of each other in NJ and the coffee all taste different.

They're very friendly and fast. I love this place but it gets crowded sometimes and this starbucks is pretty small. Basically what you expect from a starbucks.

I'm giving this 1 stars. I have gone here several times and the service is incredibly slow, not like any starbucks stereotype you would normally expect, and the very last straw was the day I walked in and the girl making the drink orders sneezed directly onto the milk steamer, then said rather loudly "I think I need another sudafed". I was repulsed and will not be coming back here again.

Probably my most visited Starbucks, the drinks are always right and the atmosphere is nice. They have a bunch of tables, chairs and sofa's and being on the corner looking out the windows enjoying your coffee is always relaxing. This place is conveniently located but a pity to find parking during the busier hours. A few times I rolled in to the parking lot, was unable to find a spot then just left. Barns and nobles right next door sells Starbucks coffee but doesn't have all the same drinks.

I frequent this Starbucks when I'm in the area and I must say that I've had better experiences. This one seems to be hit or miss as to whether or not you'll get a good drink. I've had really awesome coffee's from here and I've also had terrible ones. Some of the staff is very rude and slow. One time when I was there with my sisters, an employee actually had the nerve to call her muffin after he'd already messed up her $5 coffee! It's okay for a coffee place, but it can be rather loud if you're there trying to have a conversation. As for the location, it's convenient but a little tricky to get to if you're not familiar with the area. And parking can be a disaster if you're going during the busier times (aka morning, lunch time and afternoon rush hours). Another perk is their hours. To sum it up, I wouldn't avoid this Starbucks, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to go there either.

The only Starbucks I could find on the west shore that was open past 9PM. On Fridays and Saturdays they are open till 11, every other day of the week 10. I don't know what it is about coffee shops that don't understand that the two reasons for people drinking , is to wake up, or stay awake. Both of which require early morning and late evening time frames. Moving on. A location in Camp Hill right off Rt 15 and Trindle Rd. It can be a little tricky to get to if you are traveling North because you will need to turn early or late to come up from behind it, but other than that this is a nice little spot. Sitting on a corner of an old Pier 1 the inside has a good amount of tables and comfy chairs. Also they have seats set up outside for nice evenings. The staff is friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. Not a bad place to swing by if you need your Caffeine fix, or the urge to spend 4 bucks on a cup of coffee hits you.

I second Anastacia's comments: - Incosistency - sometimes the beverages are excellent, other times terrible. - The staff friendliness varies greatly. Brandon is extremely rude - always has a bad attitude.

This is really a great place to come and have a good cup of coffee. The staff is always so friendly and everyone is always in a good mood. It's in the perfect location right on a major route. So make sure you make a point to stop in and visit with the staff and enjoy the atmosphere.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever gone/been to. I work at Chipotle right next door, and I have earned my Starbucks Gold Member status because of this place. It is safe to say I go 3-5 times a week, whether it be to run orders from chipotle or to just relax before a shift. These employees are FABULOUS. They take the effort to get to know each customer, and they are very efficient. Considering it is the busiest Starbucks in the area and makes the most revenue, I am very pleased with my experience every time I go. They make the effort to learn your name if you go enough, and they have memorized EACH order of my Chipotle crew- so whenever I go down to get someone their drink, all I have to do is tell them their name and it's done. The employees here make an effort to accommodate whatever you want, and will ensure that what you receive is good. I have witnessed this and experienced this myself firsthand. They are generous and nice people, which makes for an equally nice time. For seating, though, it can get very crowded very quickly, especially during the winter when the weather is too gross and cold to sit outside. The summer, though, is a totally different story- the deck opens, people are dispersed both inside and out, and it makes for a very welcoming atmosphere. I hope my two cents help persuade you to appreciate this wonderful coffee shop (:

I will never understand why people pay for overpriced coffee from such a preachy self-obsessed coffee shop. It's coffee. The few times I've gone I've waited in a long line like an idiot.

I don't come here too often, so I can't say how recent the remodel is but this isn't the same setup that I saw a few months ago for sure. The ordering area and pickup areas have flip-flopped so be prepared for that if you haven't stopped by in a while. It looks really good, though. It seems brighter and more open. In spite of a long line, the baristas were cranking out the orders super fast so my wait wasn't too bad and my drink was made perfectly. My only issue is the waiting line when there's a lot of people inside, as you have to mingle the "I haven't ordered yet" line with the "I'm waiting on my order" line and a new customer walking in might not know where to stand.

I generally love the Starbucks coffee chain, but this location in particular I would NOT recommend to anybody. The outlet it's located in is almost always busy, which makes parking really hard to find in an already really small parking lot. It isn't unusual to see cars parked right on the side, not in a spot, making it very difficult to drive past without risking hitting somebody's vehicle. When it comes to the store itself, since their renovation, there are fewer places to sit, which isn't good for a popular place like Starbucks. More than likely, unless you go there during a slow time, don't be surprised if you have to sit outside or simply take your coffee to go! Also, they're out of a lot of items frequently and it isn't odd for them to tell you that they don't sell a certain item anymore even though it's still on their menu. Lastly, the employees just want to get you out the door and don't tend to be friendly towards you unless you're clearly a regular that's there a lot. All-in-all, I would not recommend coming to this Starbucks location. I would suggest going to a different location, such as the one located on the Carlisle Pike.
